Electronics Soldering Technician

Location: Elgin, IL

Compensation: Market rate commensurate with experience

Purpose: Hand soldering of thru-hole and SMT electronic components.

Responsibilities:
  • Hand soldering of thru-hole and surface mount (SMT) electronic components.
  • Read Bill of Material's (BOM) & understand assembly drawings
  • Rework PCB and inspection.

Requirements:
  • 2 years of PCB Assembler and hand soldering experience
  • Ability to use various hand tools
  • Attention to detail and able to follow instructions well

General Assembler

Location: Elgin, IL

Compensation: Market rate commensurate with experience

Purpose: General assembly of a variety of products.

Responsibilities:
  • Follow verbal instructions for mechanical assembly process.
  • Follow manufacturing procedures and BOM specifications.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of general assembly experience preferred
  • Ability to read BOM’s, assembly drawings, etc. and offer suggestions for process improvements
  • Able to read and communicate in English.
  • Good hand dexterity and speed.
  • Passionate about quality.
  • Ability to use various hand tools.
